Shalamar Surgical Resident Induction Test /Interview

The objective of this test is to assess the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective skills of the residents prior to their induction and generate a merit list. The test would consist of an MCQ test, OSPE, and an interview, which would be structured and would cover all aspects of  learning.

Shalamar Surgical Resident Training Program (SSRTP)

The program is aimed at training surgical residents at Shalamar Hospital. The program is conducted through a multi-modality format. The residents have to participate in a Moodle-based Program run through SeLMS (Shalamar E-Learning Management System) “Shalamar Resident Training Program”, where many of the cognitive aspects of their learning are covered.

Shalamar Surgical Intern Training Program (SSITP)

The program is aimed at training surgical Interns at Shalamar Hospital. The program is conducted through a multi-modality format. The residents have to participate in a Moodle-based Program run through SeLMS (Shalamar E-Learning Management System) “Shalamar Surgical Intern Training Program”. This also functions as a mode of curricular communication and assessment.
